I had the privilege of attending a bridal shower this weekend. It was for a precious young lady I have known since she was just a toddler. She is beautiful both inside and out. Her shower was beautiful as well. I just had to show you some of the cute ideas that were used to make the shower extra special.
The tables were decorated simply, yet lovely. Fresh flowers placed in mason jars were on each of the tables.
The darling little jars with handles were for our punch. The black strip around them was painted with chalkboard paint.
There were pieces of chalk lying around on each of the tables for us to write our names on the jars and they were our gift to take home. They each had a little stencil on the front of them.
All the tables had little cards on the table with Bible verses about love written on them.
Another table decoration was photo frames with photos of the happy couple and these easels with M&N …the initials of the couple…so cute!
They had a darling drink station with a fancy punch dispenser and then a wash tub filled with ice and water bottles.
Hanging from the ceiling were pieces of printed paper with words like love, patience, joy and so on and their definitions.
It was a beautiful reminder of the real meaning of these words.
They had a chalkboard menu board with the delicious menu written on it.
The food was delicious and the menu board just added a nice elegant touch.
My favorite part of the decorations was the decorated mantel.
It was a lovely shower… One of the most creative I have been to and I loved every minute of it.
