I love sleep! Around 7pm, I start counting down the hours before I can climb into my bed. I've tried to make my bedroom a sanctuary, for myself and my Better Half. We attempt to keep our room relatively kid-free, although I sometimes miss the days that they were little enough to climb in bed with us. We have decorated our room to our liking. We've added a heated mattress pad for the Winter and black out curtains for the Summer sun. These additions help it to be a place that we can both relax, enjoy, and you know… SLEEP. The month of May just happens to be "Better Sleep Month" and who doesn't need a better night's sleep? I can certainly be a bear when I don't get my beauty sleep. To help us sleep better, My Better Half and I have a wonderful comfy mattress that we have grown to love. I keep it covered with a mattress pad, that I wash regularly, and while it's being washed, we flip our mattress over, and around. This has kept it from sagging, although I learned that a saggy mattress is not the only sign you should look for when deciding whether it's time to buy a new one.
