Creamy White Chicken Chili

- 1 TBSP oil
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 4 oz. can chilies
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 lbs chicken breast (cubed)
- 3 cans great northern beans (drained and rinsed)
- 32 oz. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- In large pot, saute onions, chilies, garlic, and chicken in oil until chicken is cooked through.
- Add beans, chicken broth, and spices and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, add heavy cream and sour cream, and stir until combined.
