Tis the season…to crave chocolate. Much like when I was craving chocolate and gave in here, here, here, and here.
So when I saw this idea in an old Simple and Delicious magazine, I knew it would fit the bill.
All you need for this recipe is chocolate chip cookie dough and Snickers candy bars. I used store bought cookie dough. But of course, you could make your own and probably even add a peanut butter cup if you preferred that instead of the Snickers.
This recipe is going to be VERY technical, so follow along closely…
Take a blob of dough and flatten it out.
Stick the Snickers in the center of the dough.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 9 to 13 minutes.
My kids where crazy about these! I heard, “These are the best cookies ever!” “I see the caramel oozing out.” “Mom, I love you!”. And for me…they were all the ooey, gooey, chocolatey goodness I was craving!
