I made a trip to ReStore a few weeks back when they were having a 20% off sale. I love these sales…they make a good deal even better!
I found this old tool box (for just over $2) and if you’ve been following me, you know I like tool boxes (like this one and this one on my porch too).
I know…it’s not much to look at…but, DO YOU SEE WHAT I SEE???
Using a little bit of greenery, a string of lights, some dollar store raffia, berries from this thrifted arrangement that I’ve been cannibalizing, it began to look better.
Don’t miss out on any of my upcoming posts…Follow along!
I WANT THAT!!! Oh man, I'm never going to look at toolboxes like that again the same way. Now, you know what? At first I thought you were going to say you were going to fix it up and give it away for a Christmas gift!
And, JUST in case you didn't get it by now, I SO love that, lol!
YES! That is so perfect for that old toobox. I really like the lights you added!
Looking good!

Oh Carrie, that looks perfect, I agree the burlap bow completes it
Very pretty. Looks like there are some pretty good deals at your re-store. Cheers
Love it! 😉
Great vision for that toolbox – it looks great !
This is awesome. Funny I was just talking to my nephew who is going to a tag sale and I asked him to look for anything that I could put outside decorations in, something old. And here is your post doing exactly that. Love it. I'm following you and would love to have you follow back also. Thanks so much. Linda
Love that! What a great creative makeover.
Cute and rustic. Love the burlap with all the red and green.
That's fantastic! I love the rustic look with the sparkling lights!! Visiting from TT&J… Pin-fest starts tomorrow- I hope you'll stop by. 🙂
I LOVE it!! Burlap is one of my favorites too and it's the perfect finishing touch on that gorgeous shabby red tool box. Found you at Tatertots & Jello, and I'm loving our blog! I'm going to follow you on Facebook 🙂
