I paid bills since then and the new system worked perfectly. Things are all filed away, ready for next month.
Now, moving on to this week’s organizing project.
I moved to the kitchen. If you’re new here and want to see the major kitchen renovation we’ve done over the years, you can check it all out here.
My cabinets just needed a little tidying up. Nothing major there. I’m still using the chalkboard menu and grocery list on my cabinet doors that I added last year.
Holiday leftovers had taken over my refrigerator…Ughhhh….I hate a messy frig!!
Emptying everything out always helps me get it thoroughly cleaned. Then, I pitched the leftovers and organized it so it will be easier to select healthy foods.
My final task was to give my fancified canisters a good wipe down as well as the top of the refrigerator.

Looks really Good. Great job. MOM
I love your little computer nook in your kitchen and using that wonderful antique dresser as an island is wonderful. I’ll need to check out some of your past kitchen projects. Bless you.
I did this same sort of kitchen organizing at the beginning of my winter break. The family still has not adjusted! 🙂 They open the drawers and look downright confused. Keep them on their toes I say. I love it. ~Kelly

Cleans up really easy too! The main thing to remember is to keep that 1/4 inch space from the walls.
