I’ve posted the recipe for cake mix cookies before but I was reminded of it again last night when I needed a fast and easy dessert for my company.
This time I tried to get a little fancy and roll the cookie dough balls in powdered sugar before baking and they turned out really cute and YUMMY!
Anyway, here’s the simple recipe for Crinkle Cake Mix Cookies:
1 devil’s food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. hot water
powdered sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all the ingredients (except powdered sugar) and roll dough into balls. Let these sit for a few minutes before rolling them into a generous amount of powdered sugar.
Bake for 8 minutes then cool on rack.
That’s it…pretty simple, huh?
These are really good, moist, soft, fudgey cookies. And the best part…they are simple to make.
Enjoy,
Don’t miss out on any of my upcoming posts…Follow along!
