One of the things my family LOVES about Summer is… NO SNOW. Oh, and another thing we really enjoy is lots of fun with family and friends. Last weekend we decided to kick off our Summer break with a little party. (I have to call it a party because if I called it a “playdate”, my teenagers would…well, you can imagine what my teenagers would think!!) Anywhoo, we invited a yard full of friends to come and spend the evening playing catch, jumping on the trampoline, trying out some new toys, snacking, and relaxing by a campfire.
It was a fun, memory filled evening.
One thing I’ve learned from having people over is that you always have to serve snacks. BUT, the snacks don’t have to require a lot of work or be super fancy to be a big hit.
Watermelon and Quaker® Chewy® Granola Bars were the snacks of choice for our party. Our favorite thing to do is play badminton and grill hamburgers.
We combine jumping on the trampoline with basketball to make our own little game of Trampoline Basketball!!
Our favorite thing to do is just hang out and eat (barbeque, of course). This would be great to get everyone more active!
WE ENJOY CROQUET, PING PONG AND VOLLEY BALL. WE ALSO LIKE TO BAR-B-QUE AND MAKE HOME MADE ICE CREAM.

Our favorite thing to do is BBQ, play kickball and tell our favorite family memories.
We love just barbequing and playing lawn games!

We always like to get together and throw some horse shoes or shoot some pool. If the gathering is at my house we usually grill out and play the game try not to get eaten by mosquitoes. ha!
We love to have hot dogs, hamburgers, a veggie and a fruit tray. We love to play outdoor games and fly kites.
We love water play (table, pistols, balloons, plastic pool, sprinkler), homemade popsicles, and playing catch and frisbee! Fun for multiple ages.

We have a nice deck in our backyard, so we usually grill and eat while the kids play.
We try to do a gladiator theme on really hot day with the hose, sprinkler and super soakers. I don’t know who has more fun the kids or adults.
My favorite thing to do is play in the backyard! We love to turn on the sprinklers and have a cookout. The dogs love to play in the water and the kids always have a blast.
We have a cookout and play games. If it’s a small family group, we usually play card games (Five Crowns, Rage and Quiddler). for a larger group we like to play Catch Phrase or Taboo. We don’t usually too many games that require energy!
We like to play softball or corn hole game.
We like to play Frisbee and catch when we have friends over.
We like to shoot hoops together.
We love to play Clue!
We love to jump!
We love to swim and play in the sprinkler!!
We love to grill and swim..then play badminton or yard darts.
We like to play ball or corn hole.
We like to play croquet!
We love to play badminton and cards!
We love to get everyone together and play baseball!
We like to grill out and let the kids play in the yard.
We enjoy volleyball and we like playing baseball. It really doesn’t matter what we play as long as the family is together. Thank you for the chance to enter
Our favorite things to do in the summer: draw with chalk, blow bubbles, run around the yard and play tag, ride four wheelers, explore new woods/paths/playgrounds, camping, and eating yummy food.
We love jumping on the tramping, fishing, playing card games and of course eating 🙂

We like to grill and fly kites.
We love having cookouts and then playing a game called “washers”, all the men get super competitive on this game.
If weather is nice we go to the neighborhood park, if raining we like to play Legos or dolls
