“I hope these warm your hands as you have warmed my heart”. That’s what I tagged on each of these sets of heart hand warmers.
I gave several sets of these as little Christmas presents and then got to thinking…these would make a nice teacher’s gift or friend gift for Valentine’s day too.
I used an old sweatshirt, a cookie cutter for the heart shape, and some rice to make these. Just sew them around the edges, leaving a little hole. Then fill with rice and sew up the hole. Finally, pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds and into your pockets before heading outside. They keep your fingers warm and toasty!
You can see the full tutorial here. They make a great, inexpensive, practical gift.
Don’t miss out on any of my upcoming posts…Follow along!
