Home Made Granola Bars

This recipe make two cookie sheets worth of granola bars but can easily be cut in half for smaller batches.
  • 40 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 1½ cups butter
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 10 cups oatmeal
  • 9 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 packages graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  1. Melt first five ingredients over medium temperature until just melted.
  2. In a VERY large mixing bowl, mix oatmeal, crispy rice cereal, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Spread and flatten the mixture on two cookie sheets and let cool.
  5. Once cooled, cut in desired size.
  6. Store in airtight container.
