Simple Homemade Sliders

  • 1½ pounds ground meat (whatever you like...beef, turkey, venison, pork)
  • ⅛ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon dried onions
  • pinch salt
  • cheese slices
  • rolls
  • favorite burger toppings
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, onions, and salt.
  3. Press meat mixture into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and carefully drain grease from the bottom of pan.
  6. For melted cheese on your burgers, top the meat with cheese and place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted completely.
  7. Cut meat into 12 pieces and serve on rolls with your favorite burger toppings.
  8. Serves 6 (2 sliders each)
