We just enjoyed this yummy bacon and cheesy goodness and it was really easy and tasty.
Here’s what you need: (this recipe is adapted from here)
2 cans flaky biscuits
8 pieces fried bacon
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13 pan.
Beat egg and milk together in large bowl.
Cut each biscuit in 6 pieces and mix with egg and milk mixture.
Finally cut the cooked bacon into small pieces and add bacon and cheese to the mixture.
Pour it all in the greased pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
This was a HUGE hit with the kids. It would be great for breakfast, lunch, or well…dinner too!
Enjoy,

A great easy breakfast, I will serve this on busy weekends for family and guests, great idea! I make a similar dish using salsa, cheese and biscuits but I never thought of converting it from a spicy dinner side to a breakfast dish! Thanks so much, visiting from BNOTP
