We had an exciting day today! Son #3 got his new continuous glucose monitor in the mail. He has Type 1 Diabetes (you can see his story here) and uses some pretty amazing technology to keep him healthy. During the summer his last monitor took a swim in the river and never recovered, so today was the day our insurance company let us have another one. It’s a newer model than what he had before and works with his phone and mine! I can monitor his levels in real time with him, even when he’s far from home…It’s really cool!! I’m so thankful we can have all these amazing tools, they are such a great help.
Anyway, if you’re new here, my sister (from Joyful Homemaking) and I started the Think Tank, so those that want to share can share, and those that want to be inspired can do that too. So, get busy linking up those posts and being inspired, and we’ll keep featuring some of our favorite posts each week.
